Barangay Balubad

Barangay Balubad is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Lumban, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Balubad had a population of 2,131. This made it the 6th largest of 16 barangays in Lumban by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Balubad accounted for approximately 6.59% of the total population of Lumban, which stood at 32,330 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Balubad moving from 1,963 residents to 2,131 residents, an intercensal change of +8.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
