Barangay San Jose

Barangay San Jose is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Macabebe, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Jose had a population of 3,984. This made it the 8th largest of 25 barangays in Macabebe by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Jose accounted for approximately 5.10% of the total population of Macabebe, which stood at 78,151 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Jose moving from 3,751 residents to 3,984 residents, an intercensal change of +6.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay San Jose is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
