Barangay Tulang

Situated in Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental, Barangay Tulang is one of 25 barangays that make up the municipality within Northern Mindanao.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tulang had a population of 509. This made it the 25th largest of 25 barangays in Magsaysay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tulang accounted for approximately 1.38% of the total population of Magsaysay, which stood at 36,803 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tulang moving from 520 residents to 509 residents, an intercensal change of -2.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
