Barangay Lopez (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lopez (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Mangatarem in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lopez (Pob.) had a population of 697. This made it the 53rd largest of 82 barangays in Mangatarem by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lopez (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.88% of the total population of Mangatarem, which stood at 79,323 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 799 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 697 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -12.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay Lopez (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
