Barangay Nancasalan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Nancasalan is one of the administrative divisions of Mangatarem in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Nancasalan had a population of 1,265. This made it the 20th largest of 82 barangays in Mangatarem by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nancasalan accounted for approximately 1.59% of the total population of Mangatarem, which stood at 79,323 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Nancasalan moving from 1,308 residents to 1,265 residents, an intercensal change of -3.3%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
