Barangay Mantibugao

Situated in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Barangay Mantibugao is one of 22 barangays that make up the municipality within Northern Mindanao.

This made it the 15th largest of 22 barangays in Manolo Fortich by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mantibugao accounted for approximately 3.29% of the total population of Manolo Fortich, which stood at 113,200 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Mantibugao changed from 3,185 to 3,725, a shift of +17.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Manolo Fortich. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Mantibugao as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Manolo Fortich is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Mantibugao, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
