Barangay Lydia (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Marcos, located in the province of Ilocos Norte, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lydia (Pob.) had a population of 2,264. This made it the 1st largest of 13 barangays in Marcos by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lydia (Pob.) accounted for approximately 12.57% of the total population of Marcos, which stood at 18,010 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lydia (Pob.) moving from 2,270 residents to 2,264 residents, an intercensal change of -0.3%.
