Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Maduroto Pob. is one of the administrative divisions of Matuguinao in Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Maduroto Pob. had a population of 1,716. This made it the 1st largest of 20 barangays in Matuguinao by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Maduroto Pob. accounted for approximately 23.30% of the total population of Matuguinao, which stood at 7,364 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,361 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,716 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +26.1%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Maduroto Pob. as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Matuguinao is a municipality comprising 20 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Maduroto Pob., including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Samar, which contains 951 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Maduroto Pob. ranks 88th by 2020 population.
