Barangay Gaboc

Barangay Gaboc forms part of Mercedes, a municipality in Camarines Norte, and is classified as a small barangay.

This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Mercedes. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Gaboc as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Mercedes is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Gaboc, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
