Barangay Bagumba

Barangay Bagumba is a small barangay in the municipality of Midsayap, located in the province of Cotabato, in the SOCCSKSARGEN region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bagumba had a population of 1,462. This made it the 37th largest of 57 barangays in Midsayap by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bagumba accounted for approximately 0.88% of the total population of Midsayap, which stood at 165,376 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bagumba moving from 1,747 residents to 1,462 residents, an intercensal change of -16.3%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
