Barangay Inolingan

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Inolingan is one of the administrative divisions of Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Inolingan had a population of 5,125. This made it the 3rd largest of 15 barangays in Moises Padilla by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Inolingan changed from 5,367 to 5,125, a shift of -4.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Moises Padilla. Barangay Inolingan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Moises Padilla is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Inolingan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
