Barangay Hinica-an

Barangay Hinica-an is a very small barangay in the municipality of Motiong, located in the province of Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Hinica-an had a population of 231. This made it the 20th largest of 30 barangays in Motiong by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Hinica-an accounted for approximately 1.51% of the total population of Motiong, which stood at 15,276 in the same census year.
