Barangay Alemania

Barangay Alemania forms part of Nampicuan, a municipality in Nueva Ecija, and is classified as a very small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Alemania had a population of 123. This made it the 20th largest of 21 barangays in Nampicuan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Alemania accounted for approximately 0.85% of the total population of Nampicuan, which stood at 14,471 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 377 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 123 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -67.4%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Alemania as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Nampicuan is a municipality comprising 21 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Alemania, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Nueva Ecija, which contains 849 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Alemania ranks 847th by 2020 population.
