Barangay Dumagueña

Barangay Dumagueña is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Narra, located in the province of Palawan, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Dumagueña had a population of 3,622. This made it the 8th largest of 23 barangays in Narra by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dumagueña accounted for approximately 4.65% of the total population of Narra, which stood at 77,948 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Dumagueña moving from 3,406 residents to 3,622 residents, an intercensal change of +6.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Dumagueña is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
