Barangay Sarmingan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Sarmingan is one of the administrative divisions of Narvacan in Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sarmingan had a population of 640.
