Barangay Nag-Iba II

Situated in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, Barangay Nag-Iba II is one of 70 barangays that make up the municipality within MIMAROPA Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Nag-Iba II had a population of 1,582. This made it the 30th largest of 70 barangays in Naujan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nag-Iba II accounted for approximately 1.44% of the total population of Naujan, which stood at 109,587 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,498 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,582 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +5.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Nag-Iba II as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Naujan is a municipality comprising 70 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Nag-Iba II, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
