Barangay Obaliw-Rinas

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Obaliw-Rinas is one of the administrative divisions of Oas in Albay, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Obaliw-Rinas had a population of 1,488. This made it the 18th largest of 53 barangays in Oas by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Obaliw-Rinas accounted for approximately 2.25% of the total population of Oas, which stood at 66,084 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Obaliw-Rinas changed from 1,504 to 1,488, a shift of -1.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with broadly stable populations in Oas. Barangay Obaliw-Rinas is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Oas is a municipality comprising 53 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Obaliw-Rinas, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
