Barangay Paysud

Situated in Palapag, Northern Samar, Barangay Paysud is one of 32 barangays that make up the municipality within Eastern Visayas.

This made it the 18th largest of 32 barangays in Palapag by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Paysud accounted for approximately 2.34% of the total population of Palapag, which stood at 34,034 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Paysud moving from 734 residents to 795 residents, an intercensal change of +8.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
