Barangay Fragante

Barangay Fragante is a small barangay in the municipality of Pandan, located in the province of Antique, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Fragante had a population of 1,580. This made it the 9th largest of 34 barangays in Pandan by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Fragante accounted for approximately 4.39% of the total population of Pandan, which stood at 35,965 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Fragante moving from 1,575 residents to 1,580 residents, an intercensal change of +0.3%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
