Barangay San Roque

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay San Roque is one of the administrative divisions of Pandi in Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Roque had a population of 2,894. This made it the 17th largest of 22 barangays in Pandi by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Roque accounted for approximately 1.87% of the total population of Pandi, which stood at 155,115 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Roque changed from 2,676 to 2,894, a shift of +8.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Pandi. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Roque as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Pandi is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Roque, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Bulacan, which contains 569 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay San Roque ranks 395th by 2020 population.
