Barangay Isla (Pob.)

Barangay Isla (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Pangil, located in the province of Laguna, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Isla (Pob.) had a population of 2,875. This made it the 3rd largest of 8 barangays in Pangil by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Isla (Pob.) accounted for approximately 11.49% of the total population of Pangil, which stood at 25,026 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Isla (Pob.) changed from 3,016 to 2,875, a shift of -4.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Pangil.
