Barangay Tigum

Barangay Tigum is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Pavia, located in the province of Iloilo, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tigum had a population of 2,607. This made it the 9th largest of 18 barangays in Pavia by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tigum accounted for approximately 3.70% of the total population of Pavia, which stood at 70,388 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tigum moving from 2,517 residents to 2,607 residents, an intercensal change of +3.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
