Barangay Apatut-Lubong

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Apatut-Lubong is one of the administrative divisions of Pinili in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Apatut-Lubong had a population of 391. This made it the 22nd largest of 25 barangays in Pinili by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Apatut-Lubong accounted for approximately 2.22% of the total population of Pinili, which stood at 17,626 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 394 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 391 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -0.8%, consistent with a broadly stable settlement. Barangay Apatut-Lubong is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
