Barangay Santo Niño

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Santo Niño is one of the administrative divisions of President Roxas in Capiz, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Santo Niño had a population of 279. This made it the 22nd largest of 22 barangays in President Roxas by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santo Niño accounted for approximately 0.89% of the total population of President Roxas, which stood at 31,269 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 170 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 279 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +64.1%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Santo Niño is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

President Roxas is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Santo Niño, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Capiz, which contains 473 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Santo Niño ranks 466th by 2020 population.
