Situated in Roxas, Palawan, Barangay Iraan is one of 31 barangays that make up the municipality within MIMAROPA Region.

This made it the 29th largest of 31 barangays in Roxas by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Iraan accounted for approximately 0.94% of the total population of Roxas, which stood at 69,624 in the same census year.
