Barangay Don Ruben Ecleo

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Don Ruben Ecleo is one of the administrative divisions of San Jose in Dinagat Islands, Caraga, Philippines.

This made it the 4th largest of 12 barangays in San Jose by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Don Ruben Ecleo changed from 2,543 to 2,599, a shift of +2.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Jose. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Don Ruben Ecleo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
