Situated in San Nicolas, Batangas, Barangay Santo Niño is one of 18 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santo Niño had a population of 1,060. This made it the 9th largest of 18 barangays in San Nicolas by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santo Niño accounted for approximately 4.43% of the total population of San Nicolas, which stood at 23,908 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 919 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,060 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +15.3%, consistent with a growing settlement.
