Barangay Mabalas-balas

Barangay Mabalas-balas is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of San Rafael, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

This made it the 7th largest of 34 barangays in San Rafael by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality.
