Barangay Pulong Bayabas

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Pulong Bayabas is one of the administrative divisions of San Rafael in Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pulong Bayabas had a population of 1,259. This made it the 27th largest of 34 barangays in San Rafael by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pulong Bayabas accounted for approximately 1.22% of the total population of San Rafael, which stood at 103,097 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,071 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,259 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +17.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Pulong Bayabas is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Rafael is a municipality comprising 34 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pulong Bayabas, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
