Barangay Nasuli

Situated in San Remigio, Antique, Barangay Nasuli is one of 45 barangays that make up the municipality within Western Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Nasuli had a population of 515. This made it the 32nd largest of 45 barangays in San Remigio by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nasuli accounted for approximately 1.51% of the total population of San Remigio, which stood at 34,045 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 502 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 515 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +2.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Nasuli as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Remigio is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Nasuli, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
