Barangay San Sebastian

Barangay San Sebastian is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of San Vicente, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Sebastian had a population of 3,388. This made it the 1st largest of 7 barangays in San Vicente by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Sebastian accounted for approximately 25.83% of the total population of San Vicente, which stood at 13,118 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Sebastian changed from 3,121 to 3,388, a shift of +8.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Vicente.
