Barangay Tuliao

Situated in Santa Barbara, Pangasinan, Barangay Tuliao is one of 29 barangays that make up the municipality within Ilocos Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tuliao had a population of 6,424. This made it the 2nd largest of 29 barangays in Santa Barbara by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tuliao accounted for approximately 6.97% of the total population of Santa Barbara, which stood at 92,187 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tuliao changed from 6,053 to 6,424, a shift of +6.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Santa Barbara. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tuliao as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Santa Barbara is a municipality comprising 29 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Tuliao, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
