Barangay Inoraguiao

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Inoraguiao is one of the administrative divisions of Santa Margarita in Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Inoraguiao had a population of 1,933. This made it the 5th largest of 36 barangays in Santa Margarita by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Inoraguiao accounted for approximately 7.21% of the total population of Santa Margarita, which stood at 26,816 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Inoraguiao moving from 1,881 residents to 1,933 residents, an intercensal change of +2.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Inoraguiao is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
