Barangay Pulong Buli

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Pulong Buli is one of the administrative divisions of Santo Domingo in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pulong Buli had a population of 2,215. This made it the 11th largest of 24 barangays in Santo Domingo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pulong Buli accounted for approximately 3.63% of the total population of Santo Domingo, which stood at 61,092 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,150 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,215 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +3.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pulong Buli as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Santo Domingo is a municipality comprising 24 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pulong Buli, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
