Barangay Kinamayan

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Kinamayan is one of the administrative divisions of Santo Tomas in Davao Del Norte, Davao Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Kinamayan had a population of 5,551. This made it the 7th largest of 19 barangays in Santo Tomas by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Kinamayan accounted for approximately 4.31% of the total population of Santo Tomas, which stood at 128,667 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Kinamayan moving from 5,890 residents to 5,551 residents, an intercensal change of -5.8%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Kinamayan as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
