Barangay 3 (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay 3 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Sariaya in Quezon, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 3 (Pob.) had a population of 1,184. This made it the 42nd largest of 43 barangays in Sariaya by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay 3 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.73% of the total population of Sariaya, which stood at 161,868 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,108 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,184 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.9%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay 3 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Sariaya is a municipality comprising 43 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 3 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
