Barangay Sapa

Barangay Sapa is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Sto. Tomas, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Sapa had a population of 4,310. This made it the 4th largest of 7 barangays in Sto. Tomas by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sapa accounted for approximately 10.06% of the total population of Sto. Tomas, which stood at 42,846 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Sapa changed from 3,146 to 4,310, a shift of +37.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Sto. Tomas. Barangay Sapa is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
