Barangay Bansarvil II

Barangay Bansarvil II is a small barangay in the municipality of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, located in the province of Lanao Del Norte, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bansarvil II had a population of 1,822. This made it the 13th largest of 37 barangays in Sultan Naga Dimaporo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bansarvil II accounted for approximately 2.99% of the total population of Sultan Naga Dimaporo, which stood at 60,904 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,804 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,822 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.0%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay Bansarvil II is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Sultan Naga Dimaporo is a municipality comprising 37 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bansarvil II, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
