Barangay Francia Sur

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Francia Sur is one of the administrative divisions of Tubao in La Union, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

This made it the 13th largest of 18 barangays in Tubao by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Francia Sur accounted for approximately 5.08% of the total population of Tubao, which stood at 31,763 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,443 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,612 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +11.7%, consistent with a growing settlement.
