Barangay Calambutan Bajo

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Calambutan Bajo is one of the administrative divisions of Tudela in Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Calambutan Bajo had a population of 703. This made it the 19th largest of 33 barangays in Tudela by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Calambutan Bajo accounted for approximately 2.46% of the total population of Tudela, which stood at 28,599 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Calambutan Bajo changed from 735 to 703, a shift of -4.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Tudela. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Calambutan Bajo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
