Barangay District 3 (Pob.)

Barangay District 3 (Pob.) forms part of Tumauini, a municipality in Isabela, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay District 3 (Pob.) had a population of 770. This made it the 40th largest of 46 barangays in Tumauini by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. The barangay recorded 1,156 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 770 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -33.4%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay District 3 (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Tumauini is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay District 3 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
