Barangay Buenasuerte

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Buenasuerte is one of the administrative divisions of Victoria in Northern Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Buenasuerte had a population of 498. This made it the 13th largest of 16 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Buenasuerte accounted for approximately 3.24% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 15,361 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Buenasuerte moving from 452 residents to 498 residents, an intercensal change of +10.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Buenasuerte is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Victoria is a municipality comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Buenasuerte, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
