Tolomeo Deliso Estrella JR

Tolomeo Deliso Estrella JR is the Punong Barangay currently leading Barangay Abolo, part of the municipality of Amulung in Cagayan, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. Under Philippine law, the Punong Barangay is directly elected by the residents of the barangay.
