Kevin Florida Gutierrez

Kevin Florida Gutierrez holds the position of Punong Barangay in Barangay Barangay 10 (Pob.), a barangay in the city of Batangas City, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. As Punong Barangay, Kevin leads the elected Sangguniang Barangay and represents the community's local government unit.
