As Punong Barangay of Barangay Maguisguis, Roseller Tabunday presides over the Sangguniang Barangay of the barangay in Botolan, Zambales, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing, Barangay Maguisguis had a population of 598 residents — the constituency that Roseller serves as Punong Barangay. Zambales is classified as a 2nd by the Bureau of Local Government Finance.
