Lorenz Neil Quinto Rumal

Lorenz Neil Quinto Rumal is the Punong Barangay currently leading Barangay Tipacan, part of the City of Lipa in Batangas, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. Under Philippine law, the Punong Barangay is directly elected by the residents of the barangay.
