Francis Panim Belarmino

Francis Panim Belarmino holds the position of Punong Barangay in Barangay Barangay 30, a barangay in the city of Pasay City, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. As Punong Barangay, Francis leads the elected Sangguniang Barangay and represents the community's local government unit.
