Argie Macasabuang Labro

As Punong Barangay of Barangay Catigawan, Argie Macasabuang Labro presides over the Sangguniang Barangay of the barangay in Pinabacdao, Samar, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. The Punong Barangay is a nationally recognised local government position under the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160).

Under Republic Act No. 12232, barangay officials elected in 2023 serve four-year terms, meaning the current mandate runs until 2026. The next BSKE is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, per COMELEC Resolution No. 11191.
