About Albert Tingzon Evangelista

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing, Barangay Barangay North (Pob.) had a population of 1,501 residents — the constituency that Albert serves as Punong Barangay. Northern Samar is classified as a 2nd by the Bureau of Local Government Finance.

Barangay officials in the Philippines are elected during the synchronised Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE). Albert currently holds office under the mandate established by the October 30, 2023 BSKE. The next BSKE, at which this position will again be contested, is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026.

The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, per COMELEC Resolution No. 11191. All barangay officials including the Punong Barangay, Sangguniang Barangay Members (Kagawads), and Sangguniang Kabataan officials will be elected. Under Republic Act No. 12232, officials elected in 2026 will serve four-year terms.
