Sony Richel Pasalo Lucas is the Punong Barangay currently leading Barangay San Juan Bautista (Pob.), part of the municipality of San Nicolas in Ilocos Norte, serving the 2023 - 2026 term. Under Philippine law, the Punong Barangay is directly elected by the residents of the barangay.
